40 Minute Easy Protein Lemon Cheesecake

Who loves cheesecake? Now who loves Protein Lemon Cheesecake? Follow this 40 minute easy recipe and say hello to the healthiest, tastiest cheesecake you've ever had.

Ingredients Base

  • 2 EFECTIV Dual Lemon Cheesecake Protein Bars
  • 50g Alpro Almond Yogurt
  • 1 egg

Filling

  • 7oz Cream Cheese (I used Lactofree)
  • 1 scoop EFECTIV Vanilla Cream WHEY Orotein
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon (juice and zest, separated)
  • 4 packets stevia or other sweetener
  • 1Preheat oven to 190 degrees
  • 2Grease a pie tin with no-calorie cooking spray
  • 3For the base, in a food processor, mix all ingredients until a crumbly crust has formed
  • 4Compact the base ingredients into the tin
  • 5Bake for 10 minutes while preparing the filling
  • 6In a food processor, mix all ingredients for the filling (excluding zest)
  • 7After blended smooth, mix in lemon zest
  • 8Remove base from the oven, and allow to cool for 5 minutes, while cooling the filling in the refrigerator
  • 9Top cheesecake base with filling until smooth
  • 10Bake for 30 minutes
  • 11Garnish with more zest, cool-whip, ice-cream, etc (optional cheat day)
