Ketogenic AMINOLEAN Lemon Curd

We decided to get creative today! After coming to a temporary standstill on what we could make with AminoLean (as there are already so many great recipes out there) thanks to the genius of Katrine Stolarchuk she figured out something different which (to our knowledge) hasn't been done before. "Ketogenic AMINOLEAN BCAA Lemon Curd"

  • 5 scoops EFECTIV Cloudy Lemonade Amino Lean (BCAA’s)
  • 1/3 cup butter or vegan alternative
  • Juice of two lemons
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Optional: 10g chia seeds
  • 1In a small saucepan, melt butter on low heat
  • 2Mix in lemon juice, lemon zest, BCAA’s until fully dissolved and allow to simmer for 2-5 minutes
  • 3Add in 3 yolks and whisk for ~1 minute until fully mixed in and curd becomes thickened (be careful not to overcook or your curd will turn into scrambled eggs (to each their own)
  • 4Strain your curd (to get rid of any excess butter)
  • 5Refrigerate for up to one month
  • 6Enjoy on toast, rice cakes, tortillas, protein pancakes, etc! I topped my toast with chia seeds
