Nutrition

Meal 1 : 2 scoops EFECTIV Double Choc Whey mixed into 130g oats with water, take Omega 3 and digestive enzyme and probiotic and EFECTIV PRO-VIT SPORT


 



  • Meal 2: 200g chicken 150g white pasta 150g mixed veg

  • (Train- 1 scoop Intra Fuel 1 scoop AIM)

  • Meal 3: 200g steak, 120g Thai jasmine rice and asparagus

  • Meal 4: 200g chicken, mixed salad 3 wholemeal wraps with hot sauce and 30g feta cheese

  • Meal 5: 200g smoked salmon fillet, 120g Thai jasmine rice, 100g broccoli

  • Meal 6: 6 egg whites & 2 whole eggs with peppers and mushroom as omelette with EFECTIV ZMA


Training

Typical training day for Back:


Giant set.



  • A1: Close grip low pulley rows x 12 reps

  • A2: Lateral pulldowns to behind neck x 12 reps

  • A3: Stiff arm pulldowns x 12 reps

  • A4: low pulley rope face pulls x 12


Perform this with 3 second negatives on each rep x 3 sets no rest in-between each exercise.


T- bar Row Dropset:



  • 15 reps reduce weight

  • 15 reps reduce weight

  • 15 reps - 2 second negatives each rep x 3 sets


Deadlifts pyramid set:



  • Set of 20

  • Set of 10

  • Set of 5

  • Set of 10

  • Set of 20 adjusting weight accordingly to achieve desired rep range - 2 second negatives each rep
